    Levain Bakery has and always will have some of the best cookies in NYC (and beyond) haha. I remember when there used to be only one location and am glad to see them burgeoning now. My favorite flavor hands down is their coconut caramel chocolate chip cookie- I know it sounds super busy/too much going on but it's fantastic. Their classic walnut chocolate chip is also great. All in all, you can't go wrong with anything here.

    Black and white cookie is fire! Had a pretty organized line for the event. It's a small cozy space, but no seating area.

    After a friend moved up to NYC, she introduced me to Levain Bakery's cookies and her favorite quickly became mine: the chunky, Walnut-Chocolate-Chip, which, especially when warm from the oven, is pretty much my ideal cookie. Service at the original location was friendly and quick and there is (minimal) room to stand to read the articles and look at some pictures of Levain Bakery's origin while beginning to nosh.
